  2. 500 gr. harina de todo uso
  3. 200 gr. azúcar
  4. 100 gr. pepitas de chocolate
  5. 30 gr. levadura en polvo o polvos de hornear
  6. 2 naranjas (de las cuales usaremos la ralladura de 1 naranja y el zumo de las 2 naranjas, 200 ml.)

  2. Cocer las batatas (en mi caso están cocidas al vapor), quitar la piel y la parte exterior de la batata que tenga hebras, aplastar con un tenedor hasta conseguir textura de puré.
  3. En un bol ponemos la batata, el azúcar, el zumo de naranja y mezclar todo muy bien. Añadir la harina y mezclar, cuando llevemos incorporado más o menos la mitad de la harina añadimos la levadura y mezclamos
  4. Seguir añadiendo el resto de harina, incorporar la ralladura de naranja y mezclar, las pepitas de chocolate y mezclar. Nos quedará una masa compacta y un poco pegajosa
  5. En una bandeja ponemos un poquito de aceite de girasol, extender. Dejar caer la masa en la bandeja, tapar con un bol y vamos a dejar que descanse 15’
  6. Precalentamos el horno a 170 grados calor arriba y abajo. Con la ayuda de una cuchara cogemos masa, vamos a pesar porciones de 50 gr. hacer una bola y rebozar en harina. Poner sobre bandeja
  7. Así haremos con toda la masa. Meter en el horno durante 25’
  8. Sacar del horno y dejar enfriar 10’ antes de poner sobre rejilla (meter en el horno la segunda horneada)
  9. Poner sobre rejilla, el resultado es estupendo!
  10. Sacar la segunda horneada
  11. Poner sobre fuente de presentación
