    Las vamos dejando en una bandeja con papel sulfurizado.
  7. Cuando tengamos todas las bolas echas, las tapamos con un paño y las dejamos fermentar de 1-2 horas, hasta que doblen su volumen, yo las deje reposar dentro del horno.
  8. Cuando ya vemos que las tenemos subidas, precalentamos el horno a 180⁰.
    Pincelamos los bollos con huevo batido o con leche(yo hice unos pocos con huevo y otros con leche) y cocemos unos 15 minutos.
  9. Cuando veamos que están doraditos y cocidos por dentro, sacamos del horno y dejamos enfriar.
  10. Y ya estarán listas para comer, la verdad que están buenísimos, y muy tiernos.
    Como todas las masas sin gluten al día siguiente las tendremos más gomosas, pero con un minuto en el microondas os quedarán como recién sacados del horno.
