- En un fondo de aceite rehogar el arroz hasta que se transparente, añade el clavo, el laurel y la sal. Cubre con el doble de agua llévalo a ebullición, baja el fuego y a medio tapar cocina 12 minutos.
- Mientras en un recipiente pon la ternera cortada en tiras junto con la soja oscura, el jengibre, el vinagre de vino blanco y la maicena. Mezcla bien y reserva.
- En otro recipiente mezcla los ingredientes de la salsa. Reserva.
- Por último corta las verduras en tiras. Reserva. En el wok sella las tiras de ternera en un fondo de aceite caliente, en el mismo aceite saltea las verduras con una cdta de azúcar unos minutos.
- Vuelve a incorporar la carne y remueve para que se mezcle bien. Saltea unos minutos y añade la salsa. Cocina unos minutos para que espese la salsa y listo.
- Sirve sobre el arroz y junto con unas patatas fritas o con unos fideos.
