    Enharinamos los trozos de conejo y los añadimos.
    Vamos cocinando hasta que estén bien dorados, esto nos llevará unos 20 minutos.
  3. Una vez están bien cocinados, como en la foto, cortamos dos medias lunas del limón y lo exprimimos directamente.
  4. Le añadimos las 2 medias lunas, la pimienta molida al gusto, el caldo y el vino y seguimos cocinando a fuego medio/alto hasta reducir el caldo.
    No removemos, simplemente agitamos la olla continuamente para ligar la salsa.
  5. Cocinamos 15 o 20 minutos más.
  6. Servir y listos.
