  7. Seguimos removiendo a fuego mínimo y echamos las almejas y las gambas, dejamos que coja sabor unos 10 min con el fuego bajo
  8. Echamos la sal y el perejil, la cúrcuma y una hojita de laurel y removemos bien. Ahí veremos cómo quedará la textura de la salsa, según gustos si quieres más líquida echarle un poco de agua o caldo, lo que prefieras.
  9. Cuando ya tengas esto, echamos el pescado y tapamos 10 minutitos y que repose y listo!
