  3. Una vez lo tengamos todo un poco sofrito, trituramos los 3 tomates pera, los añadimos y dejamos que se haga todo bien.
  4. Añadimos las lentejas y cubrimos todo con agua sobrepasando 3 dedos
  5. Añadimos el hueso de jamón, las 2 hojas de laurel, el pimentón dulce y sal/pimienta al gusto.
  6. Pasados 15 minutos a partir de la ebullición, echamos un vaso de agua fría a las lentejas para que se asusten (Cuidado no se los pegue en el fondo)
  7. Pasados otros 15 minutos echamos otro vaso de agua fría.
  8. Tras unos 40 minutos después de ebullición comprobamos si las lentejas están hechas.
  9. Si es posible las dejamos reposar para que cojan más gusto.
