Si quieres hacer el jamón crujiente pon papel absorbente en un plato y pon dos lonchas de jamón encima y otro papel absorbente tapándolo, mételo en el microondas 1 minuto y vas viendo, si necesita más, lo vuelves a meter otro minuto más y listo, lo haces cachitos y está riquísimo con el gazpacho echo anteriormente.
