  1. Lo primero hacer la masa de la lasaña.
    Sancochar los 4 huevos, ecacharlos y mezclar con el atún, salsa de tomate (aprox. 560g) y mezclar todo muy bien.
  2. Dejar reposar y mientras hacer un sofrito de pimietos con una cebolla grande. Y muy poco aceite(A mí me gusta asar un poco el pimiento antes de hacer el sofrito)...
  3. Añadir el sofrito bien escurrido a la masa de atún, dejar reposar... antes del montaje darle un poco de calor
  4. Preparar las placas de la lasaña, para ello yo las he puesto en agua caliente unos minutos, las escurro... porque nos ayuda para cortar las láminas y adaptarlas al recipiente, aunque no es precocinada, con las salsas caliente y el horno del final se cocinan al dente.
  5. Hacer la bechamel, en una sartén se echan las 6 cucharadas de mantequilla, se derriten y seguidamente se añaden 6 cucharadas de harina (siempre la misma cantidad) y remover constantemente hasta que la harina esté tostadas (unos minutos aproximadamente)
  6. Añadir el litro de leche poco a poco de leche templada, la sal, nuez moscada y pimienta blanca, remover constantemente para evitar grumos y esperar a que espese unos 10'.
  7. Preparamos la lasaña, yo he utilizado un recipiente de cristal apto para horno.
    La primera capa poner una capa de tomate frito.
  8. Se cubre con las placas de pasta... a continuación poner la mitad de la masa de atún, extender muy bien y añadir un poco6 de bechamel
  9. Otra vez las placas de pasta y el resto de masa de atún y seguidamente una capa muy fina de bechamel.
  10. La tercera placas de pasta y la última capa con el restante de bechamel...mucho más gorda que las anteriores.. por último se añade queso rallado al gusto.
  11. Gratinar el queso en el horno a 220 °C unos 10 a 20 minutos según el horno
