- Para la masa:
Mezclar la leche con el azúcar. Añadir la levadura y remover. Dejamos fermentar 10 min. Importante que la leche no esté quemando, de lo contrario, la levadura no hará su función. - Yo uso Kitchenaid (velocidad 2; 6-7 min) pero se puede amasar con ayuda de una cuchara de madera, nos armaremos de fuerza y paciencia. Añadimos esta mezcla junto con la mantequilla, el huevo, vainilla, canela y sal. Seguidamente la harina poco a poco. Nos debe quedar una masa pegajosa, pero manejable. Dejamos reposar 1h 30 min.
- Para el relleno:
Mezclamos canela con azúcar moreno. Reservamos. - Pasado el tiempo, extendemos la masa con un rodillo, dejándole poco menos de 1 cm de grosor. Untamos mantequilla para que se pegue nuestro relleno.
- Enrollamos y cortamos en rollitos de 2-3 cm de grosor. Los dejamos reposar 1h más. Si tienes mucha hambre puedes dejarlos reposar 40 min.
- Pasado el tiempo, hornear a 180ºC. Antes de que se hagan del todo, humedecer con leche o nata. Tranquilx, estarán en 10-15 min. ¡Y LISTO!
- TRUQUITO (la receta original los baña de glaseado, pero yo prefiero ponerles leche condensada por encima)
