  5. También pondremos alguna que otra rodaja de mozzarella (si gusta esto es opcional ya que la receta original no la lleva)
  6. Para terminar rociamos de aceite de oliva y espolvoreamos con la sal.
    Añadimos orégano y tomillo. Lo metemos al horno una 50’ 170° con papel Albal por encima, después lo quitaremos y observamos como va lo subimos a 190° unos minutos más hasta que dore y se vea hecho,
  7. En mi plato cuando me he apartado en esta ocasión le he puesto queso rallado por encima, con el calor ha fundido y estaba realmente rico.
