La pulpa se corta en trocitos y se le añade al sofrito una vez que este esté casi listo.
  5. Rellenamos cada una de las berenjenas con este sofrito y si queremos, podemos cubrir las berenjenas de queso rallado (sin lactosa), y gratinarlo al horno unos cinco minutos.
