  7. Pasado ese tiempo, comprobamos si las patatas están bien cocidas, si están bien cocidas trituramos, si por el contrario aún no están bien cocidas, dejamos 5 minutos.
  8. Una vez triturado, añadimos un chorrito de nata líquida y mezclamos todo bien. Dejamos que hierva un par de minutos y ya estaría lista esta estupenda crema de champiñones.
